BoardersBestBuy finds you that one piece of gear you can’t live without and showcases it at an unbelievably low price until it sells out, then we will roll out another one until it's gone, then another, and so on. The bargains are so good, they are often gone before we can stock our shelves. If an item catches your eye… don’t snooze or you will lose! But, no worries, we will always have another “Smokin’ Deal” ready to roll out. You can check our website for daily deals or sign up for our Boarders Alert email and know every time we roll out something new.
What is BoardersBestBuy and who's running it?
BoardersBestBuy.com is part of the BoardersMall network of various pro shops and vendors. Together, we search far & near to bring you the best deals we can possibly find. We are riders ourselves so we know how to find the deals… and what makes us look good, makes you look good.
There is only one item, what if I am looking for something else?
We sell one “Smokin’ Deal” a day until it sells out or is changed at midnight EST. If you want to shop our complete store just go to BoardersMall.com
When do new items roll out?
This happens at 11:59 Eastern Standard Time. If you want to call it midnight that is fine with us just don’t hit the snooze button on your alarm and forget to check the deal. We offer a new item 7 days a week and if it sells out before the end of the day, set that alarm because the next one will be there on time. If we are out of the items you will see the “SoldOut” tag until the next deal comes out.
If I snoozed and missed the product is it still available?
No. Each BoardersBestBuy.com product is pulled from the store at 11:59pm EST and another is added in its place. Sorry folks that’s all she wrote. We may get more of that particular product, but who knows, there’s no getting in line, taking a number, or rain checks.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
If the product has a manufactures defect please contact us directly. We will either fix it, replace it or refund your money.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final, unless it is our mistake. At BoardersBestBuy, we do everything we can to make sure each order arrives in perfect condition. Since we live in an imperfect world, mistakes sometimes happen. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we send you the wrong size, not a problem. Call us within 3 days of receiving your order, and you can return the item at no cost to you. We will choose to either fix or replace the item, if we are unable to do this, we will issue you a store credit, for the original amount (including shipping fees), as long as you return the item(s) in the original packaging. Clothing and soft goods must be returned in "as-new" condition. Absolutely no credits or coupons can be used for purchases of BoardersBestBuy products.
Does BoardersBestBuy tell you how many items are available?
No. Watch the clock. If we get a chance and the clock runs out you may see another deal before midnight. Don’t want to miss your chance if this happens, make sure you are getting our Boarder’s Alert e-mails.
BoardersBestBuy will never sell your personal information to third parties, but we may gather and share combined statistical data such as website traffic or sales patterns with third parties. None of this shared data contains any personally identifying information.
